Management of Andrićgrad, on the occasion of the upcoming Christian holiday, the Easter, donated 600 eggs to a Public Institution Home for persons with disabilities in Višegrad.

Director the Home, Zoran Vasiljević, said to Srna that the representatives of Andrićgrad, together with Višegrad’s poet, Božidar Škobić, provided this donation for the people in this institution in order they could celebrate a holiday as befits.

“This is important donation for us, as well as any other, because we are in a tough business, care for children with disabilities, and we are the only institution of this kind in BIH,” said Vasiljević.

He added that this institution over the past ten years managed to operate positively and to achieve good financial results, regardless of the difficulties encountered, concerning a bad collection of receivables, which currently amounts about 800,000 KM.

“We will continue to provide quality services to our beneficiaries and also to create better conditions for work and life for them”, said Vasiljević.

Manager of Andrićgrad, Đorđije Šipčić, said that was a sign of attention by Andrićgrad, with an aim that the beneficiaries of this facility mark the biggest Christian holiday, the Easter, in the traditional way, with dyed eggs and socializing.

Šipčić expressed a hope that this gesture would encourage other people to get involved and help this institution, and noted that Andrićgrad will continue to provide assistance to those who need it the most.
