Movie director Alfonso Cuarón will be tomorrow in Andrićgrad

One of the most important filmmakers of today, Alfonso Cuarón, will visit Andrićgrad tomorrow, a host will be the creator of the town of stone, Emir Kusturica.

Alfonso Cuarón is an American movie director, screenwriter and producer of Mexican origin. He began his career in 1983 and became famous in 1998, thanks to the film “Great Expectations”. In 2012, Cuarón made science fiction movie filmed “Gravity”, which was awarded with seven Oscars.

Cuarón is a guest of this year’s music and film festival “Kustendorf” in Mećavnik.

Manager of Andrićgrad, Đorđije Šipčić, said to SRNA that tomorrow in the Andrićgrad complex will be officially opened a restaurant, which name will be revealed during the opening ceremony.

He announced that opening of the restaurant is planned at 3 pm, when the town host, Emir Kusturica, will to the guests.

By the spring is planned opening of a hotel in Andrićgrad, which will have 54 accommodation facilities.
