Organized by the Andrić Institute, Uros Dojčinović will exclusively play on guitar M. Bočkaj (1980) with Savarez strings on Saturday 08th November 2014, at 8 pm in the small hall of the cinema “Dolly Bell”.

Dr. Uroš Dojčinović
a guitarist, composer, musicologist, teacher and publicist

He was born in Belgrade in 1959. He graduate Classical guitar at the Music Academy in Zagreb (Croatia), and then finished post-graduate studies, defended his doctorate on interdisciplinary musical theme at the Philological Faculty of Philosophy and the University of Belgrade.

Dojčinović artistic activity includes more than 3,000 appearances around the world, a large number of radio and TV shows, hundreds of lectures, master seminars and participation in the work of various national and international juries.

He has published over 600 professional papers and made more than 60 recordings (LP records, music cassettes, CD and DVD albums) for various publishing houses in Europe, America and Asia.

For multiple artistic activity he has been awarded with more than 50 medals, plaques, diplomas and other awards in his country and abroad.
