Director of the Andrić Institute, Emir Kusturica, says that in the November issue of “Historical Notebooks”, which is dedicated to Serbian army in the First World War, is the most important fact that has plenty of data supporting the idea that the Serbian army was well organized.

“Hypothetical theories claim that there would be 40 million Serbs if we did not participate in the war, but these theories, of course, do not apply. A useful fact is that we now have a state called Republic of Srpska,”says Kusturica in Andrićgrad at the promotion of the new issue of” Historic notebooks. “

Kusturica, who is the chief editor of “Historical Notebooks”, points out that every time, when tjere is a revision of history, the “red lights” turns on.

According to him, the quotes from “Historical Notebooks” are one more proof that immediately after the Balkan war, especially with the Bulgarians and Romanians, began the First World War, but of course that was not the Serbs fault.

Kusturica says that in this war appeared unseen war geniuses on European soil, and later that same power, according to the old Balkan tradition, was applied in a wrong way in the war.

He states that one of the themes of the eleventh issue of “Historical Notebooks” is Austro-Hungarian policy towards Serbia in 1913.

The new issue also brings the report of Professor MOSKOVLJEVIĆ of Serbian students in Russia during the First World War, Historical source: Predicting the future or why Russia has entered the World War II and the text of the foreign medical missions in Serbia in 1914, and other topics.
