THE FACULTY OF ARTS IN PRISTINA
Faculty of Arts in Pristina pro tempore Zvecan accredited higher artistic – research and educational institution with the basic mission of the realization of high-quality educational processes in the field of visual arts, music and theater arts, development of artistic knowledge, preparation and public presentation of artistic achievements in visual, music and dramatic arts, as well as providing one of the leading positions in the region for training personnel in the arts and music pedagogy.
Faculty of Arts was founded in 1973 as the Academy of Fine Arts, on the basis of SAP Kosovo Law and the Decision of the Council of the University of Prishtina, academic year 1975/76 at the Academy of Fine Arts was established in the music section, when the title was changed to the Academy of Arts, and from 1989/90 established the Department of Dramatic Arts. Since 1986, this institution bears the name of the Faculty of Arts. Faculty of Arts has three sections-departments: the Visual Arts, Music and Dramatic Arts. The Faculty successfully organize Bachelor and Master degree studies in accordance with the accredited study programs.

Painting, sculpture, graphics, graphic design.
Department of Music: Music Pedagogy, Performing arts-Piano, Violin, Viola . Cello, Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet,
Department of Dramatic Arts: Acting.
